About Monique

I am a Black woman shaped by 20 years in hospitality and a decade in the wellness and nonprofit space. My journey has always been one of service—creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held. That journey, grounded in ancestral wisdom and a deep reverence for collective healing, led me to build both my consulting practice and In Her Legacy, a nonprofit that holds the same heartbeat: to nurture, uplift, and walk alongside others.

These two entities are not separate—they are reflections of the same soul. One offers personal coaching and professional guidance. The other offers a space for young women to rise through sisterhood, wellness, and service. Together, they honor who I am and the legacy I’m building.
